In today's fast-paced life, you may find it difficult to unwind mentally at the end of the day. Even when you are physically tired, your mind may still be occupied with work, responsibilities, worries, and unfinished thoughts. This is where a simple, consistent self-care routine can make a difference.
Resting Ritual is a guided self-care practice that helps you manage stress, quiet overthinking, and build a routine that supports your emotional well-being.

During the pandemic, I noticed many people struggling with stress, sleep difficulties, and social isolation. I wanted to support their emotional well-being, help them develop a positive mindset, and improve their sleep. This led me to create a guided bedtime practice.
Amid personal and professional responsibilities, people often put their own well-being last. I wanted to create a program where they could dedicate just 30 minutes to themselves before bedtime to unwind, sleep better, and start the next day feeling refreshed.
That’s how Resting Ritual was born.
Over time, Resting Ritual evolved beyond a bedtime practice into a broader self-care program. It now includes practices and life skills that can directly or indirectly influence the quality of life.
Resting Ritual is a month-long guided program conducted three evenings a week. It helps participants build consistency and develop a self-care routine that can become a part of their everyday lives.
Drawing on my 20+ years of professional and volunteer experience, along with my journey as a leader, Toastmaster, and Art of Living teacher, I created Resting Ritual to make self-care practical, simple, and sustainable.
125+ people have benefited from practicing Resting Ritual since 2022.
60% of participants have continued to stay in the program beyond six months.
Resting Ritual is a self-care and emotional-wellness program, not counseling or therapy.

Feeling mentally alert even when physically tired can make it difficult to relax and drift off to sleep.
Replaying past conversations, revisiting decisions, or dwelling on regrets can keep the mind occupied long after the event has passed.
Concerns about upcoming responsibilities, pending tasks, and uncertain outcomes can make it difficult to fall asleep.
Irregular sleep schedules, late-night screen use, caffeine, and other daily habits can interfere with the body's natural sleep rhythm.
Noise, excessive light, an uncomfortable room temperature, or an unsuitable sleeping environment can make falling asleep difficult.
Certain physical or mental health conditions, pain, hormonal changes, or medications can affect sleep cycles.
You don't have to solve everything before you sleep.
You can learn to leave the day's worries behind.
Resting Ritual offers a guided approach to managing stress,
